Baconnaise, yes, it exists. Bacon-flavoured mayonnaise, created by two American bacon masterminds, Dave and Justin.
I came upon this jar in an épicerie on the Quebec side of the Outaouais. For about $5, this condiment found a new home! No hesitation here!
How the product got its start is almost unbelievable. Dave’s 3-year-old son provided the first financing with his $5,000 win on America’s Funniest Home Videos.
I've used on burgers, sandwiches, including a roasted pork one (hurray for double-pig), and as a dip for fries.

This product is a great conversation starter and it's delicious to boot!
It really tastes like bacon but unlike real bacon, the flavour is pretty balanced - not too sweet or salty. Its got a spreadable consistency, but it's a little thicker than mayo.
